Shipping policy

New Zealand delivery

We currently offer delivery within New Zealand. The Customs Kit costs NZ$40 and its New Zealand postage is included in that price. Custom mouthguards are purchased separately and have an NZ$8.90 delivery charge. If you order both, the delivery options and total charge are shown at checkout before payment.

Collection by enquiry

Collection is not a checkout option. If you would like to ask whether an order can be collected, please use the Appointments & groups enquiry page before ordering. We will confirm whether collection can be arranged, including the place, timing and any applicable charge. Please do not visit a location without our confirmation.

Preparation and delivery times

Kit dispatch and mouthguard completion times can vary. A custom mouthguard is made after we have reviewed a usable impression and confirmed the design with you. We will contact you if an impression needs to be repeated or if there is a delay. Any delivery estimate is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date.

Delivery questions

Please make sure your delivery address is correct at checkout. If an order is delayed, damaged or missing, contact hello@customsbytayla.co.nz with your order number so we can help. For destinations outside New Zealand, contact us before ordering to ask whether delivery can be arranged.
