Customs By Tayla sells impression kits and custom mouthguards through this New Zealand store. For order questions, contact customs.bytayla@gmail.com.

Orders and prices

The Customs Kit and a custom mouthguard are separate products and can be ordered separately or together. Product prices and any selected design options are displayed in NZD before checkout. The kit is NZ$40 with New Zealand postage included. A standard custom mouthguard starts at NZ$195; adding a name and choosing a complex design change the price as shown on the product page. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. We will contact you if we cannot complete an order as requested and discuss the available options, including a refund where appropriate.

Impressions and custom designs

We review the impression and design details before making a mouthguard. An at-home impression does not include an in-person clinical assessment. If an impression is not usable or a design cannot be made as requested, we will contact you about the next steps. Colours and reference images communicate your preferences; we will confirm the final design and materials with you. Please only upload images that you own or have permission to share for this purpose.

Appointments, groups and collection enquiries

Submitting an enquiry about an existing impression, an individual appointment, a group training-space visit, gym kit stocking or collecting an order is a request, not a confirmed booking or arrangement. We will confirm availability, location, timing and any applicable fee or stocking terms with you separately. Collection is not an option at online checkout.

Our Shipping policy explains New Zealand delivery and how to ask about collection. Our Return and refund policy explains cancellations and remedies. Please contact us promptly if you need to change an order.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any rights or remedies you have under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act or other applicable law. These terms are governed by New Zealand law.
